Announcement – Feralco UK attains Environmental Standard

Feralco UK’s Widnes site has attained the prestigious environmental standard ISO 14001:2004, through ISOQAR accreditation body.

Feralco UK’s ISO 14001:2004 attainment is held to be important, not least for the benefits derived in protecting the environment and demonstrating the company’s commitment and achievement in safe working methods. It is also reassuring for both customers and the local community which sends a clear message that Feralco UK Widnes practices and values environmental protection with the utmost importance.

Responsible for driving the 14001 project was an Environmental Management Team of Annette Halliwell, Kevin Parkes and Richard McGurty.

Feralco UK Widnes site takes great pride in achieving this ISO 14001:2004 bench mark. This registration in conjunction with ISO 9001:2008 demonstrates our commitment to quality and environmental management
